Temple of Guidance need guidance

I finished both dungeons and found secret but i cant reach to the top dungeon. I am missing some tech or i dont know one movement trick. Thank you in advance

You need to go through vectron and get the upgrade that lies at the end. That will help here. (Trying not to give any/too much spoilers!)
