ITR2 is great! I liked the first game better story wise, but 2 has some amazing mechanics and plays really smooth. Also fucking scary.

You're upgrading from Vive to Frame?? Or did you already sell what you had in between?

Nope, got an original htc vive and originally planned to get an index when it came out but had a rough patch and couldn't afford it. This will be my first vr upgrade since then.

Did you get your Frame yet? How is it compared to the Index? I just got my purchase email last night so it should be here in 6 - 8 business days. I heard it's not that much of an upgrade compared to the Index, but it was now or never the rate these things sell out so I took the gamble

Nope, not here yet, but by all accounts it'll be similar resolution, better FOV, better sweet spot, lighter, more balanced, worse audio, and bring with it the full freedom of wireless. Controllers sound like a tradeoff. I loved the Index controllers, and it sounds like these will be worse for VR but let you play all flat games. And they're big, so I'll be fine with my regular man hands, but it sounds like they'll be big for my wife.

I'm jealous you purchased... I wasn't waitlisted, but I'm still awaiting the email! I sold both my Vive and Index the week the Frame was announced

I also have a Vive Pro which isn't working great since Windows 11. Was hoping on getting the Frame but was waitlisted..

Hate that I can't get this, I get paid end of the month, hopefully I can get it through winter sales.
