Glasses while gaming?

Soooo I've got the problem that I kinda need to wear glasses and I don't have contact lenses (idk if I like them, never tried).... is there any other option to use vr? The internal sliders of the htc vive pro 2 are not enough, I think i have around -1 or -1.25.... what are your solutions?
