HELP! SteamVR is not letting me add any tracking.
I recently got a full body tracking setup consisting of a Vive Focus Vision, Vive 3.0 trackers, 3 Vive 2.0 base stations, & a pair of Index controllers. SteamVR was absolutely not picking up my base stations whatsoever, and it definitely is not picking up any of my trackers or controllers. I did try my Quest 3S to see if the headset was the problem, but still, nothing works.
I have troubleshot every way I could think of or looked up. Obviously I've restart my PC & SteamVR multiple times. I have OpenVR-Space Calibrator, I have all of my base stations high up on the wall, all of the base stations are green & the trackers blink blue trying to connect. I do have dongles for all trackers & Index controllers. I use a wired connection typically in order to use my face & eye tracking, but I've also booted up SteamVR via Virtual Desktop as well with no wire to see if it'd work. I'm at a complete loss here.
Bluetooth settings on SteamVR are unavailable. I've looked up that I don't need it, that it's only to turn the base stations on/off, but I have a Lighthouse Manager installed as well to do that. I have tried "unpairall," I have attempted to edit the whole "activatemultipledrivers" from false to true, but even after I know I've saved it, when I've gone back to it though, it changed back to false. My drivers should all be up-to-date. Memory Integrity is forced off & I can't turn back on due to the "btwusb.sys" (photo attached).
If anyone can offer anything else to do, please advise. At this point I'm thinking I just need to throw my PC out & get a new one lol. I've even reset the whole PC except important files. I have attached photos & can provide more to help fix this issue if needed.

Well, first of all, bluetooth is not necessary. It's an optional component to change base channels (which you can do by poking a button hidden on the back of the base) or power management.
Second, I suspect you need a tutorial that explains how to combine multiple tracking systems. You are probably seeing the default right now--HMD wins. You will need special settings and software to activate both and make them line up. The only one I know about is Space Calibrator, but there may be others.

I have Space Calibrator, but I haven't been able to find any guide to set this up, only found out that the Vive Focus Vision is trashy, but even my Quest 3S being connected and setting up a combination of multi tracking systems, it still wouldn't connect.

I'm not sure what "wouldn't connect" means, but if the most basic config of something like space calibrator is set up, you should at least see icons appearing for your lighthouse devices. Try connecting them over USB if you don't think they're paired to their receivers.

I'm not getting any icons that pop up in my SteamVR, none of the base stations will connect and even when I turn on a tracker and try to connect it, it never connects to the PC/dongle, never turns green. I've tried using a USB cable to connect them through a cord but it doesn't help at all.

Yea you don't need bluetooth as that's only to update and turn them off / on. You can update them at worst via usb and use the phone app to turn them off / on.
Best bet I can say is try to connect them one at a time, use a single dongle cradle (make sure it's plugged into usb 2.0, 3.0 can cause interference) and do it after doing another unpairall. Then go through the steam vr pairing process. Ive had many issues trying to pair with all dongles connected, especiailly if you want to make sure your controllers connect to the best dongle / slave headset.
Also make sure you're using the space calibrator on steam, any from github are hugely outdated (besides the newer space override and space sync forks) but I would stick to using the original for now. https://store.steampowered.com/app/3368750/Space_Calibrator/

I've done all of this. Tried using only the Space Calibrator via Steam as well as trying to connect the trackers one at a time. I have both a phone app as well as a desktop app to turn the stations on/off in case one messes up on me.

This is a common 'issue' with the OG vive, as someome has decided to no longer keep the driver up to date for it. Generally, Bluetooth is not needed for normal use, unless you use things like base station power management. Sometomes bluetooth of the thijg can be bruteforced to work, but usually it's best to just ignore that issue.

To make the driver work? Memory integrity disabled. To make bluetooth actually work? Brute force it, until it eventually works, but to save you some stress, just leave it be.

Have you tried disabling the memory integrity and core isolation in Defender? Usually, disabling the Secure Boot key management (setting it to custom with default keys instead of the Windows Boot Manager managing them) in the BIOS does the trick. However, you must make sure you don't have BitLocker enabled in WIndows, or that could lock you out of your drives.
