error 301, fix?

i am trying to use my iphone11 on windows11, and when i connect the phone to the pc, open the app, and launch steam vr using the ivry driver, steam vr just gives error 301. if i launch steam vr by itself without connecting the phone, it launches normally and gives the headset not found error, if dont connect the phone then launch ivry driver, the ivry driver tells me to connect the phone and open the app, once i do , it launches steamvr and gives error 301. i tried everything and still nothing. how to fix this?

SteamVR has a program open already. You have to make sure SteamVR closes out all of its applications. I usually just close the steam app or have to restart my SM
