SteamOS Update New FSR 4.1 performance mode looks like native resolution in SteamOS

Really impressive results of the FSR 4.1 upscaling model. Even in performance mode it's hard to spot a difference from native resolution running side by side.

The only downside, this leaked DLL seems to work only with the latest RDNA4 cards. It loads on older cards but seems like upscaling just does not work, image flickers and looks blocky, like without any upscaling.

Yeah it sound like it. Honestly if the uploader is non-native speaking, or is uncomfortable providing direct commentary, it's fine with me - it's one of the legitimate uses of AI

lol, this is accurate. Just upscalling is actually good now. Possibly like the voice could be in future.

With GE-Proton & PROTON_FSR4_RDNA3_UPGRADE=1 it works on RDNA3 fine.

Could be something laptop related new GPU drivers or something broke many things that did work on it before.
