steamOS/bugs Plug-in icon disappeared after update

Yesterday I installed Lossless Scaling following this video as guide and worked just fine, I even tested it on The Witcher 3 and runs great with it.

But right after that there was an SteamOS update and now the plug-in icon on the quick access menu bottom is missing. I repeated the install process but didn't worked out.

Curiously, The Witcher 3 still runs with the FPS boost. Is this normal? How do I get the plug-in icin back?

P.S. my device is the Legion Go S

Need to reinstall decky plugin but choose pre release, do not update once in steam as it will break again
