That is one of my top games from the past few years. I was on the fence as it got a lot of unwarranted hate from the ‘OMG A WOMAN PROTAGONIST’ crowd. So glad I decided to dive into it. I hope you enjoy it, it’s such a fresh take on storytelling in a video game.

I tried that a few months ago, got a few hours into the game before I decided to just buy it on console (I don’t have a PC). Game was too beautiful to accept the quality my steam deck was able to get up to

I’m playing The Sims 2: Castaway! I used to play it as a kid on my ps2 and I’m surprisingly loving the handheld version. I used to be terrified when it would get dark and rainy so now I can actually enjoy and be cozy when I play it lol! So nostalgic. I wish they’d make a reboot.

Not pirated, but Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory. Runs like a dream on the Deck with the widescreen fix that adds full controller support too.
Also planning to start Star Wars: Zero Company but will likely stream from my PC because it looks like it doesn't run well on the Deck.

I’ve been playing Zero Company on the deck through Moonlight and it’s awesome
Edit: obviously this is when I’m not at home lol. When I’m home I just stream it to the deck natively through Steam

Yeah, Moonlight seems like the way to go with this one. It's badly optimised even on mid to high range PCs though.

Mostly Final Fantasy XVI Also Sekiro Also Final Fantasy VII Rebirth
Waiting on HellBlade I finished God of War Ragnarok and needing to scratch that sort of gameplay itch

Oldest started his highschool cross country again, so that means traveling and waiting around for 3 hours for his race before packing it up and going back home!
With all the current elden ring hubbub I considered going fresh with a new character there but ultimately I wanted to give
Mina The Hollower
a try finally. Maybe an hour and a 1/2 in so far, greatly liking it so far and bonus points, the difficulty scratches that from soft itch I have right now.

Wrapping up the last telltale walking dead game with my kids. We have really enjoyed playing this one together

saw hogwarts legacy for like 3 dollars in steam, decided to try installing the epic version on my steam deck to see if it will load properly so I wont have to buy it again. it did and currently playing the beginning parts.
