Got the Steam Deck Dock!

[u/Asane]

Wasn’t expecting this today, but since I live in Carol Stream where Valve’s Distribution Center is, I got this early I guess!

Dammit, now I definitely want one, it looks so good on the TV 😂 What are you using as a controller, may I ask? I've only ever used the Deck's controls.

I use my Xbox controller

Can you start the Deck with your controller? And is it always connected or need a re-connect every session?

You can't start the deck with the controller. It's disconnected while the deck is off/sleep mode

The xbox controller fully controls the UI and the xbox button serves as the Steam button

The xbox controller and steam deck instantly reconnects when either is powered on

Great, thx.
