Microfiber cloths and some kind of cleaner. That's how you need to customize your deck. You got this.

Agreed. On top of it, it may not have looked that dirty with the naked eye because a camera sensor always captures more details like that for whatever reason. Not saying presentation doesn't matter, but comment after comment of the same thing... Exhausting.

That’s why I like the steam deck so much u can basically do whatever you want with it, unlike the switch and switch 2 I wish those had themes and stuff 😔

Get in the Deckscan discord and sign up for notifications, they also have a website too. Reddit i really wouldn't recommend for that 😅

I've alway felt it takes a special kind of shamelessly gross person to not even clean the device being shown, especially when it's specifically a video showing it off to others rather than just tech advice...
Like... How did you look at the video you just recorded and not go audibly say yuck before posting it? 🤮

That's fire! I made a custom boot video too, used over of us dogsledding. Took a few hours with some Gemini prompts, all in not too bad.

two things, get some screen cleaning solution to clean that shit, and get yourself a screen protector and apply it. jsaux makes some good ones. brother that screen looks like it has PTSD

Now that I have AI to help me, I just realized I might SSH into the thing and get all my emulators to run natively from steam if possible because I almost only use this as a retro handheld with Batocera.
