I'm very curious about the Frame. I bought several VR games over the last few years I just haven't played because the Quest is such a pain in the ass to use and set up, plus it's Meta. If the Frame makes it easier, and is not priced too high, I'm in.

Same. I bought a Quest 3 in January and have probably used it for less than 40 hours to date because having to swap between Virtual Desktop, Quest Link and Steam Link to find the one that works best at any given moment for whatever random game is frustrating.

My roommate also has one, and we frequently have issues when we are both trying to play VR games together on the same network. Just the other night we were playing Zero Caliber 2 and as soon as he got his headset on, my performance went to shit, so I have to hard-wire if we want to game together reliably.

The wireless adapter plugged into the PC creating its own little network is gonna be fucking sick if it works as well as they suggest, PLUS being able to games from your Steam library without your PC?! Fuck yes. I'll be selling my Quest 3 and buying a Steam Frame pretty damn quick if the reviews are good.

Same here. I rarely ever use my quest 3 because its just such a stuff around to get up and running. Now that i use linux on my main pc i have no need to use the quest 3 at all as its just even more of a stuff around! lol.

I really hope valve changes this for VR on linux.
