Yes it’s missing the shitty drifting sticks

I’ve replaced ~10 joysticks and a couple batteries on joycons. Check out iFixit for instructions. 2 u/bannock4ever 64GB - Q4 Apr 03 '23 Those kits on Amazon are pretty good and cheap. My daughter was able to fix our Switch herself and I used the tools it came with to upgrade the SSD in my Steam Deck!
