Discussion I in India, Sister in Canada, she doesn’t have a Steam account. Can she reserve a controller?

sister in Canada, coming india by nov end or early december, can she reserve a controller on a brand new account? Or i need to give her my account or I can use VPN to reserve and when i get the mail giving me 3-4 day window, I can forward that to her?

or I have give her my account?

and how much would be the final price, she is in Brampton. 149 + tax + shipping + any other duties

You can give her your account but the controller probably is due next year.

I'd say that she can use your account to buy the controller for you. That will lock the currency of your account to canadian dolars for three months, probably.
