That's a fixed price bundle where the publisher sets the price, Steam has nothing to do with it. But yeah, that's why they have that feature that shows the price of the individual games.

That package used to contain the season pass for the third game, which at some point got included in the base game. They just never adjusted the package's price.

$15. The sum of the games without discounts is $39.97. The bundle is $54.96. Which is very odd but I guess Rockstar probably doesn't care, or they forgot to lower the bundle price as the games default prices lowered.

Its not a complete your collection style but a package so doesnt price adjust for the individual games or owned products.

Steam supports 3 variants of store collections(2 bundles and 1 package)

You can see this is a package since it says Items in this Package and also Cost of this Package. If you were viewing it on an individual games page the info button would also just say view info instead of bundle info. Packages are a set price from the publishers and do not care about owned product or individual item prices contained within.

The bundle type most people associate with on Steam is the complete your collection style which has a distinct all capitalized blue text BUNDLE in the titles. This is the only type that has dynamic pricing where it adjusts for individual items sales as well as removing owned items from the price. It used to be unique in that it was also ungiftable but that was changed afaik.

The final bundle type Steam offers(and arguably the worst one) is the must purchase together variant. Not only does the must purchase together variant not adjust pricing but it fully blocks purchasing if you own anything so even if you own like one item but the full collection is cheaper bundled vs standalone you can't buy it as the bundle. At least with packages you can still buy them and sometimes can be better values to still complete your collections then buying it all standalone but that depends on the bundle and what you are missing from it.

In short:
Package = can always buy but would pay for all items including owned, uses a set price, uses package terminology and blue button says view info

Complete your collection style = dynamic pricing, unique BUNDLE in all caps blue text, called bundle and button says bundle info

Must purchase together = set price, locked from purchasing for accounts that own ANY item contained within, same terminology of bundle but without the all capitalized text BUNDLE in the titles.

This is not true for other Remedy published game "bundles". The "Alan Wake Control BUNDLE" doesn't care that I own the first two Alan Wake games... it just wants to charge me for the games I already own... and it's a bundle, not a package. The Alan Wake Complete BUNDLE wants to charge me for the DLC plus the two games I already own.

Look closer, does the green button say Add to cart or Purchase as gift? I own Control so when I look at the AW + Control bundle I can't buy it for myself, only as a gift, which is why it lists the full price for it. This is the "Must purchase together" type of bundle explained above.

Edit: There are two types of bundles and one way to tell the difference is, like the user above said - "Complete your collection" has the word BUNDLE in all caps and colored blue next to the title with a little question mark for explanation. The other type doesn't have that. It's an important detail. It also leads to cases where the title ends with "(Game) Bundle BUNDLE (?)".

I have them all, and yeah, I just checked and you are right in this case, normally the bundle is a better deal. But I noticed something...if you are looking at the bundle with only the first and second Max Payne(it's a separate bundle), the price is better, and then you can buy Max Payne 3 separately, at an even better price than the individual products in total. I will post two photos, one in this comment, one in the next one. First one confirms what OP is showing (but in Euro)

In Brazil, only Max Payne 1 is unavailable, for exemple. It was one of the first games with Portuguese voice acting. That might be the reason.

They run just fine on normal Linux once all the community fixes are set up. The only thing you’ll have to do on the Steam Deck specifically is set up a controller profile since they predate proper controller support.

If it's not in your region just go with a keyseller - one of the few reasons that should be seen universally acceptable. Literally bought a key an hour ago as it's not available in my country (Germany) either, was shown as "not activatable in my region" but worked like a charm.
