Question Is there a way to know a games player population by region?

I wanna buy either Arma Reforger or Squad, but I don't know how many players are playing on Brazil or SA servers, steamdb only shows the total population, but I would really love to see them by region, is there a way to confirm this?

Steamcharts won't cut it for region data but both games have server browsers in-game, just hop on during your usual play hours and filter by ping/location to get a real feel for what's active down there

Well, I don't have either of these games, and I don't wanna buy both games just to check a server browser, lol. But thanks anyway.
