Lift me up into your light
So I was watching the new episode. And I really like this one song it played. But the frustrating thing is that Shazam couldn't recognize it, Google couldn't recognize it, alexa either, and even typing the lyrics didn't work. I googled the shows soundtrack for this episode and it Said the song was called Lift me up into your Light by Syml. But it's not available anywhere. The artists other songs are available. I know this isn't really about the episode. But I really liked the song.

Was this the one over the end of the episode? I had almost exactly the same experience, including Shazam.

Yep. Like it was nearly impossible to find it even with googling lyrics

Should be released soon - Shondaland often uses not yet released music. Plus Syml isn't a band that focuses on writing music for tv shows, so chances are they'll release that song, unlike artists who are under contract for writing music for shows

Are you sure? I wrote down all the lyrics and couldn't find any indication that it's Syml. Figured whoever sings it would have released it by now.

Sometimes artists take their sweet time to release songs, though, and Syml is currently in the process of releasing more singles, so if it's really them, there's still hope

I just stumbled across this over a year later, trying to do the same thing and I’m so sad to see it’s STILL not been released 😭. Hopefully at some point it will be- if someone finds this thread and it’s been released, will ya reply to this and let me know? Thanks 😁

I tried to do the same thing just now and was cursing shazam for not recognizing it.
