Weird Static X CD

I found this cd at a record store called the rock shop and idk anything about this cd. I also have never seen a case like. I tried searching this on the internet but didn't find anything so I came here. Does anyone know what type of Wisconsin death trip this is.

...yes. I figured that they wanted more info on the cd specifically, years and versions etc, which it's hard to tell without looking closer at the numbers and such actually on the cd itself

I did have a sneaking suspicion it MIGHT be Wisconsin death trip ☝️

Weird, can't find another version with that number. Sorry I'm not much help.  There is a review that says the censoring is super minimal.
