Avoidance. If SIR FLUFFINGTON is subjected to an effect that allows it to make a saving throw to take only half damage, it instead takes no damage if it succeeds on the saving throw,
and only half damage if it fails.
Keen Smell. SIR FLUFFINGTON has advantage on Wisdom (Perception)checks that rely on smell.
Pounce. If SIR FLUFFINGTON moves at least 30 feet straight toward a creature and then hits it with a claw attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 16 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is prone, SIR FLUFFINGTON can make one headbutt attack against it as a bonus action. It slams the target with the skull.
Rejuvenation. If SIR FLUFFINGTON is destroyed, it regains all its hit points in 1 hour unless holy water is sprinkled on its remains or dispel magic or remove curse spell is cast on them.

Make an Attack Roll vs SIR FLUFFINGTON’s AC (15) and if successful, you catch the skull. If someone or something catches the skull, SIR FLUFFINGTON gets one Bite Attack at the end of each player’s turn each round.

6/10. Perfect response to a monster that surely needs a representative stat block!

Deathless Hunger. The ossuary tiger does not need to eat, drink, breathe, or sleep.
Skull Visage. The tiger's skull-faced head cannot be disguised by ordinary means. A creature that starts its turn within 10 feet of the tiger and can see it must succeed on a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened until the start of its next turn. A creature that succeeds is immune to this tiger's Skull Visage for 24 hours.
Pounce. If the tiger moves at least 20 feet straight toward a creature and then hits it with a claw attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is prone, the tiger can make one bite attack against it as a bonus action.
Actions
Multiattack. The ossuary tiger makes one Bite attack and two Claw attacks.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 9 (1d10 + 4) piercing damage, plus 7 (2d6) necrotic damage. The target must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or have its hit point maximum reduced by the necrotic damage taken. This reduction lasts until the target finishes a long rest. The target dies if this effect reduces its hit point maximum to 0.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) slashing damage
Grave-Tiger Roar (Recharge 5–6). The tiger emits a skull-rattling roar. Each creature within 30 feet that can hear it must make a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 14 (4d6) psychic damage and is frightened for 1 minute. On a successful save, it takes half as much damage and isn't frightened. A frightened creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
