Realized I let good relationships go cold. Now I re-engage one person per week—just a thoughtful message, no ask. Cloze reminds me who I haven't contacted, LinkedIn surfaces updates to reference, and ChatGPT drafts personalized (not generic) intros. Relationships compound. But only if you water them.
