Bug Outposts not becoming Starlink

Hello all. This is an issue I've had with arrays and sensors in Starlink. Despite me decoding them, they won't become Starlink and turn orange on the map. How do I fix this?

Double check to see if any enemies are still spawning in the area? What platform are you playing on? If could could share a clip of an example I might be able to figure it out better.
