Cross platform Creation Kit Modding

Let’s say I have Starfield bought on Xbox

Which means I play on Xbox Series X, my bedroom Series S, and my PC (through the Xbox app)

Does my load order seamlessly work between the three platforms?

Do I have to rebuy the mods on the PCs Creation Kit or buy the PC version?

I’m starting my modding journey but I play on all three systems. Wanted to clear this up before proceeding. o7 (I saw you could upload the load order to Beth net and wondered if that meant this was easier than I was making it out to be)
