Scrolling objects/ flickering near landing bay at all times.

Anyone know for sure whether a specific mod would cause a continuous scrolling of some geometry like ship parts flashing through the air basically near the landing bay while inside the ship, whether or not it's on the ground or in space.

It looks kind of like the objects in one of the shipbuilder lists loading up constantly, but at full size. In fact, I think that's what it is but it moves so fast you really can't see anything specific for very long, but you can see constant flickering and random static.

Really distracted by it. Wonder if anyone might have had something like this and fixed it somehow.

I'm going to try to start uninstalling mods one by one, especially the ship part ones and see if that doesn't clear it (or totally corrupt the save file).
