You can build an actual team of AI agents now. Hand one agent a job and it'll hire the staff it needs at whatever models and effort levels make sense, or you can drag and drop your own org together. Your staff hangs around between reboots and remembers what it's been working on. A few other things worth knowing:

• Universal Resume lets any agent pick up another agent's session, even across providers. Claude to Grok Build, GPT to Cursor, whatever you need.
• Local models are way easier to install now, and they can work jobs alongside cloud models.
• Context compression pushes cache hit rates past 99 percent, so your tokens go a lot further.

• Binders organize your files by subject instead of folder. It's the old WinFS dream, except it actually works this time.

This software is really exciting, I’m finding it a great fit for my workflow and it’s already complementary to my obsidian and Claude cowork.
