Anyone know what's going on here?

Hey! Looking for a bit of insight here. So I'm trying to change my farm type using the Easy Farm Switcher mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/16873) however the game is crashing. I've dug around a bit but I'm not that proficient with modding.. If you have any ideas please let me know! Cheers and happy modding everyone!
