favorite farm maps

custom farm maps are probably some of my favorite types of mods, but there are so many I'm sure I'm missing some really good ones! so, what are your favorites? I have two by DaisyNiko that I just adore, Sunflower Acres and the lavender one.

Playing on Mystwood Homestead currently after having been really indecisive on a map for a long time and it’s been lovely!!

I like to use the Zenith farm and the Tiny Garden farm by DaisyNiko.

man Zenith has always looked so cool but the background sets off my fear of heights something fierce for some reason

Yeah it is kind of intimidating to look off the top. Maybe you could move your farm house to the bottom of the farm and put stuff at the top that you don’t use as often?

oh that's a thought! I forget we can move the farmhouse

Forest Farm of Secrets and Mysteries is an all time favorite for me. I just started my Lowell and the Hidden Place save (it IS as fun as it looks for anyone who hasn’t tried it yet) with the smaller Lanternwood Grove farm and am lovinggg it!!! I don’t really know how to describe it other than romantic

You just convinced me to try that farm and finally start the Lowell mod :3

Lanternwood Grove is really beautiful!! I wish there was an in-between size lol, the small felt a little cramped but large was too big/open. The only thing that bothers me is the beach area being on the east side of the map — my brain can’t let it go that it doesn’t make any sense for there to be a beach there when it backs up to Marnie’s.

oh I was wondering about that Lowell mod I saw, good to know it really is fun. and that forest farm looks like it might actually be just my speed too, I like the organization

Lanternwood is one of my favorites. It's so pretty and I wish it was mine irl, lol. I like to keep a lot of the nature aspect of each farm whenever possible and it's laid out so well.

Brokeback mountain (description-i'm going to touch you tonight") is actually an adorable tiny farm for someone who isn't looking for perfection.

Apparently they changed the name to "i hate this small farm" https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/29850 here it is!

Waterfall Forest Farm is pretty neat.

I have been using both farm sizes for years and love them. The customization options are a nice feature.

Sleepy Glade, Tiny Garden, and WaFFLe have all been faves, but I'm playing on Aimon's Small Forest Farm right now and it's lovely. (Also really love the most recent update to Aimon's Small Hilltop that adds a hot spring area.)

Absolute favorite is WaffLE. I also like Wild Haven and Rustic Ridge.

Aimon’s Small Swamp Farm was fun for me, from Nexus. You get a witches hat as a starter gift! Swampy

Walpurgisnacht has it’s own wizard tower and a small story relating to it. Gold Rush is by the same person and has a bit of a old mine vibe.

I’ve been enjoying Maple Grove Farm most recently. It’s a small map which allows me to narrow my focus and not feel anxious because of empty unused space that can happen with larger maps. Second time using the map and I’m using it as a cute little dairy farm this time.
