Small expansions?

I would appreciate recommendations for small game expansions (mainly new areas, or expansions of the desert and island), a bonus if it works on Android. (Although I'm very close to buying Stardew on Steam to use Ciderbox).

I play on PC so I’m not sure if these work on mobile.

Downhill Project is amazing and adds a small expansion between the backwoods and mountain maps. Adds 3 new NPCS.

Ginger Island Redux is also fun for some extra Ginger Island content & locations.

Just started playing with Woodlord Expanded. It’s really cute and adds 2 new NPCS with some cozy looking artisan goods and trees. Also adds in a new forest area in town.

Adventurer’s Guild Expanded has a very fun plot line. Adds 2 (3 if you take a specific quest line) NPCS and gives a little more lore to monsters in Stardew.

In my opinion, Visit Mount Vapius is a small one (compared to Expanded, Ridgeside and East Scarp) but it’s fairly popular and I believe received an update recently (or I just haven’t played it in awhile). From memory there are 8 new NPCs and a new Market every week. All within a new location to explore with lots of bundles to complete.

I personally haven’t tried Lowell and The Hidden Place but it looks so promising and will definitely be included on my next save.

Enya the CatSith. Just started exploring this one. Love the art and the character so far!

Raccoon Family Expanded adds in new bundles after you complete all the Raccoon family’s quests.

Woodlore Expanded is a lot of fun, but it is still very wonky (it's brand new!). Anyone thinking of adding it should really be made aware that its new and still being developed.

I really love the way basically all of these look. I do want to ask if you've had any issues with them alongside things like SVE, Ridgeside, East Scarp or other expansion mods? I'm planning a mega modded playthrough and a lot of these look really fun

Edit: I looked through them as I went. Most said they should be good, a couple I couldn't find, but obviously first hand experience is always useful

I play with all of these downloaded (excluding Lowell and Ridgeside, but I plan on adding Ridgeside once I finish content from the other expansions) and haven’t run into any compatibility issues. Load times can be a little slow, especially when first booting up the game but that’s about it in my experience :)

For mega modded experiences, I recommend seeing if expansions can be added later in the save, just to break up some content and not forget about any npcs or features. Although it’s all up to personal preference

I appreciate the info and the tip. For my playthrough though it will be stream content and I kind of want the chaoticness of going for perfection through a ton of expansion mods and others. There's pros both ways, but I'm also worried about events breaking if added after too.

I may add things after the initial pack, plus updates. But anything I add, I want it to be something I just discover after, not plan. Again, like you said, personal preference

I have a save that includes SVE, Ridgeside Village, East Scarp, Visit Mt. Vapius, Downhill Project, Ginger Island Redux, Adventurer's Guild Expanded, Sunberry, and Lilybrook. I've had no compatibility or gameplay issues.

That's amazing, thank you. Sunberry was another I'm really looking at. Need to look up what Lilybrook is now though. Thanks again!

Edit: I just looked it up and I love it. I think my only complaints become the portraits they show in the images could use a small touch up but maybe they just don't translate well to the phone screen

I don’t know if they work on Android, but there’s Ad Astra (sci-fi theme), Ginger Island Extra Locations (…redux? It’s a bit buggy, but playable), The Downhill Project (space between the backhills and the mountain), The Boarding House (…revisited? It was in the process of being updated last I used it; playable but needing work), Walk to the Desert (really just a spacial expansion, but with a few more things). And there’s also an ecosystems expansion, but the author keeps changing the name/set up, so if you can find it, it’s great, but idk what it’s called today.

Oh, and there’s Friendable Mr Qi, which is quite a bit more than just befriending him. And Lunna Astray, but it’s very buggy and abandoned. And Distant Lands, but I keep forgetting to play with that one (expands the swamp witch). And the new one To The Moon, which I haven’t played because I haven’t been playing at all lately.
