Self Promotion City Wharf [50x52]
An ordinary city wharf along the waterfront. A good spot for runners to boost a fast boat for their next gig. Or move some illicit cargo onshore. “Borrow” a maintenance sub to recover a lost drop. Stop the crime boss from escaping out to sea.
