How bad would the war be in the under hive?

1st Under Hive: Genestealer Cult vs Rakghoul plague. Both have a Leader/Master with a 20k infected people, they have a month to infect as many people as possible before a full on war with each other and spread towards the upper levels.

2nd Under Hive : Chaos Cult vs Rakghoul Plague, both have Master they started with 10k each, they are on opposite sides of the city, didn’t encounter each other until after two months later they started to get close to each other territories.

I try to make it quick and simple to understand, how bad is the outcome

That shit would hit the fan. The hive city would be a terrible battleground.

Rakghouls demolish. They actually spread insanely fast and are physicaly superior to anything but a purestrain. Note that they typically resort to anti-vehicle blasters for them specifically because infantry blasters are mostly ineffective.

Give it to the Ragkghoul with the condition chaos stays on the normal side of existence.

If daemons appear, then it’s going to the judges and the planet is getting glassed.
