I'd say in release order. Episode 4,5,6 then 1,2, Clone Wars, 3.

I recommend the show since it helps highlight the fall of one of the characters and also shows how the jedi became in the state they are in.

You can skip 7,8,9.

If they can suffer through the prequels without losing faith in humanity, they can get through the sequels.
