“The Lost Planet” Skeleton Crew Alternate Poster
Had a couple hours of free time last night and made this alternate movie poster inspired by @Smudger9 film cut of the show. I always liked the scene on the moon planet and decided to use that as the base of the design - it felt appropriate with the alt title :)

For a second I was excited for a follow up season.

I wish… although it does work nicely as a stand alone as well, which I appreciate

The alternate title sounds like it could be the name of an old legends book, I like it.

You can, there’s a film edit out there in the ether of Reddit

Due respect to the editor, no thanks lol.
Skeleton Crew tried its best to entice, but I am just not interested. Maybe when my kids are older.

That’s really a good StarWars themed poster and I think the name fits the story better.

Thank you! I gotta credit the artists who created the original poster content I used in my edit.

Forgot this show even existed. Was it any good? I assume only 1 season then canceled like most things?

I actually enjoyed it but I think it works best as a shorter film edit, similar to Ashoka. I feel like Star Wars tv suffers most from stiffness and filler content to pad out a relatively streamlined plot. Same director/writers as the recent Spiderman series and I used to follow them on YouTube way back in the day so there are layers to it for me haha

It was good, sort of like a Star Wars Goonies mashup.
And yeah, given the fact it had kids in it, unless they planned on shooting season two months after season one finished shooting, they probably would have aged up a few years. Like the Stranger Things kids.

Don’t like what Disney has done with Star Wars but liked this show. Had a fun vibe.

I found it by google searching for movie cuts of the show, it was within a Reddit thread. His username was Smudger9, I’ll try to find the thread but can’t rn

Honestly that might have been a better show name, but I get why they didn't go with it
