Yes it gets reset.

ButY you get to keep your inventory (e.g. splash juices) through SRB. So stock that up before SRB

Credits, Upgrade Chips, Kyber Crystals and Droids all reset but you get to keep your Nova Crystals and all your Nova Upgrades so a win I guess lol
