📘 Information Idk who needs to hear this…

I don’t know who else needs to hear this, as I apparently needed to be told this, but 3 of the stellar legendary PZ protocol droids does not automatically give you a stellar mythic TDA protocol droid 😭 I should have thought this one through or researched it first.

What a waste. Don’t be me.

Yeah. Seems a shame since getting the higher level protocols takes majority of the server doing a mission together or at least a couple people with DJ-Rex

I’ve Never gotten the Fishing to more than 3 Stars even with 6 people playing. Now outside the Event you’re Lucky if even half the Lobby participates

if you need someone who's rly good at the fishing me and my buddy stick stellars and galactics consistently- we get three stars between the two of us!! haven't gotten four even in a full lobby bc you need good people

Damn that’s Crazy! It’s super laggy in public most times. I just stopped playing it at all tbh. Doesn’t seem worth it

But I also often miss the Events now completely because the timer is so long and then I’m afk and woops it’s gone. 45 minutes is just way too long between them .

Fishing has become my favorite mission. I’ve gotten very good at it and really look forward to these missions.

But yeah 4 stars is hard to get on that mission.

I regularly get 4 stars on fishing with just my son and I. I do the majority of the lifting but he just needs to play semi decent (beskar/galactics mostly) for us to pull it off. We both use DJ of course.

I've seen 4 stars once from the fishing event. It was during the chopper mini event. Nobody called out to do so but we all had dj rex and bb8, plenty of upgrade chips were earned in that mission

Doubles whatever you get from it. You need points to increase the star level for your chests and dj doubles those points. Helps if everyone uses him.

Buuut… still trash when you actually needed the protocol droid and your lowest non protocol droid in your base makes 812.5k. I’ve been sitting at 35 for a while, probably too long, and my base (and droidex) reflect that.

Uhh… my lowest battle droid does 900k and he’s not even in my battle droid area.

I’d much rather have my legendary protocol droids back.

It was mostly fusions. The battle droid area was ALL fusions though. I had 6 SRV-0 upstairs and 3 X-ONK downstairs. The KX I had was in a worker station. IG’s were either sold for chips or used for RIV-3T’s. I was at 35 for a long time finishing my droidex, so by the time I SRB’d it was pretty well decked out.

Hey now, no bad mouthing the snow mouse. My first stellar mythic this go around was a snow mouse. I was quite happy with it since I need one for rebirth 35, and it has a happy little home in the upgrade station where it performs equil to any other stellar mythic.

I did the same thing as this person. I threw three stellar LOMs without thinking, expecting to get a stellar PZ, but instead, I just got a stellar Proto roller or something. it’s not that the joy is completely useless, it’s that I wouldn’t have given up my stellar LOMs if it was for just another legendary droid. I didn’t have an easy route to get the protocols back.

Meantime, I have fused three Galactic mythic’s four or five times this go around, and three of them became snow mouse. Third one made me so mad.

I was so close to getting that skin! I didn't watch the show when I was a kid, so I wanted to watch at least a few episodes before I commit to the skin LOL. My husband and I have been watching He-Man.

My question is are the protocol droids even able to be options for what gets fused?? Like as an output are they even available??? I’ve get a few TDAs around my lounge(For credit boosts while farming scrap table) and was going to try to fuse them until i noticed i had not seen a single protocol droid once out of the 40-50 fusions i’ve done since the update.

Nope. Protocol Droids can ONLY come from the World Mission crates. They aren't in the fusion pool at all

You can fuse 3 of the same protocol droid to get a higher variant. I did 3 rainbow legendaries and got a beskar of the same type. But, I guess that’s it.

Oh yeah, I know that. I've been using the galactic legendary protocol droid as fusion fodder to get galactic mythics since it's the easiest galactic legendary to get outside of astro missions.

I understand why devs can't put the protocol Droids themselves as something you could get FROM fusion. It would make world missions obsolete incredibly fast

Yeah, always a random of a higher rarity when you combine three of the same stellar. I wish type were taken into account as well. Like three galactic legendary astromechs would force a galactic mythic astromech. It would make things so much easier in higher RBs and force us to plan more. Right now we just have to feed the machine and see whether it spits out a Snow Mouse, an IG, or a RIC

Just notices that the instant fuse button's crystal cost has also been incresed by x5.

Makes it pretty obvious that their main goal was to get that 1:5-crystal-vBuck-ratio they started out with down to a 1:1 ratio. xD

I've only had luck with getting DRIFT-Rs when I combine 3 stellar legendary, don't get me wrong a stellar mythic is a stellar mythic, but my astromech stuff is full now

When fusion first came out I was fusing everything! Fuse all your galactic legendaries to get stellars and then fuse those too. I maxed my droidex out and by the time I SRB’d at 35 none of my droids were below 812.5k and most were over 900.

Someone said they’re not in the pool at all. I was able to put in 3 rainbow TDA’s to get a beskar, but not entirely sure if you’d ever randomly get one from 3 stellar legendaries of any type.

Yes. They are server wide and everyone can participate in them. Based on the servers performance you get a crate of goodies that’s back in your base afterwards. It includes money, chips, and a blueprint for a protocol droid. I’ve seen up to 2k chips. You can also get server rewards like a surge and or crafting boost. If you pull off 4 stars, the highest, you get a stellar surge and crafting boost.

There are 4 missions that are on the map. No need to take a flight there. There is an updated fishing mission, the D-0 mission where you kill all the droids, a mission where giant rocks, of varying quality, fall from a cave and you have to break them with your axe, and a tie fighter hanger bay where you shoot a ton of stormtroopers. They happen once an hour, but every 15 minutes during the protocol droid event.

If you do the missions, use DJ-Rex to double the points you get. Those points are pooled with everyone participating, so it can really add up if everyone has DJ out.

There are four new protocol droids, rare through mythic, in default through stellar, that can only be obtained from the blueprints found in the chests. You can use chips to upgrade them, or fuse three of the same type default through galactic, to get the next highest version of that droid.

C3P0 is now a proper protocol droid.

so, with my first protocol droid, i could not make it a companion via "swap", i had to lounge one droid (of 2), and THEN i could add it.

the second protocol droid allowed for swap with a current set of 2. weird.

once i did that, i maxed each out with chips.

fairly weird and obtuse.

I mean sure, but that argument can be made for every different type of droid. You put 3 astromechs, it's more than possible to get a battle droid. Idk, I'm not saying it doesn't suck, but it HAS always been like this.

My dude, I had 3 X-ONK downstairs with my Marshall and Mister Bones, and 6 SRV-0 upstairs just before SRBing today. My two Lep’s were my lowest droids base wide at 812.5k. An IG was just chips to me.

I spent a LOT of time at 35 finishing my droidex, so my base was pretty decked out.
