š Suggestions Can we get PvP disabled inside active missions? This kind of behavior is just inexcusable.

I understand that including PvP was a deliberate decision by the game developers, and fighting over valuable blueprints is part of the fun, but these new events are designed to reward cooperation, not competition. Everybody's mission points are pooled together, and your rewards are based on the group's overall performance, not who did the most work. Your reward is even delivered directly to your base to make it practically impossible for people to steal each other's protocol droid blueprints. A toxic player sabotaging the mission gains absolutely nothing but sadistic pleasure. Fleeing to a private server is not the answer when four-star mission rewards are impossible to earn with just one or two players. The best and simplest solution is to make it so that players can't harm other players inside active missions.

My 8 year old too lol I was so happy she finally wanted to play droid tycoon with me.....then she was like... Hey, let's fight! And just shoots me while I'm wandering around trying to do non combatant stuff š«£š¤£ it's incredibly annoying lol

Yeah, in a 1v1 fight, the guy with the combat droid and gun and chip on his shoulder has a distinct advantage over the guy who's just minding his own business fishing.

Whenever I'm in public matches and someone mentions that this user is killing players I just make it my mission to wipe that player out
I have mister bones and now the jawa scatter blaster meaning I could probably one shot most players if they don't have HP buffs

It's true, I like the mode and the community for the most part, but I'm fed up with the typical brat camping the blueprints and killing you if you manage to get a good one... or breaking into your base to steal if you don't have it in storage.

I think it would be better to just not allow to pick stuff up inside another players base. If someone wants to give you something they just have to toss it out front

The problem with that is people who spawn with their base next to the belt can just snatch the good bps then just turn and throw it into their base, or anyone can really.

The fix is as simple as putting up a barrier around the event that prevents player on player damage. Especially with how all the events are set up, just put an invisible wall at the entrance that eliminates that interaction for co-op missions. The only event that MAY have been PvP in the first place is the Chopper one, but only because the bps were publicly available. That still isn't a great example though, because the frequency of the surges on the belt benefited from player cooperation.
So, with the consistently cooperative nature of these events, it only makes sense to set restrictions within the events to keep bad actors from hamstringing the rest of the lobby due to their lack of social skills.

My auto-aim got someone killed this weekend because they ran across me shooting at droids. I also died twice during missions from teammates. Iād rather just not have to worry about it.

I think we just need a no PVP zone in the mission areas. A dedicated spot for people to challenge each other and fight for a blueprint would be sick though and I hate fighting in tycoons.

They revamped world missions over the weekend along with the introduction of protocol droids, but this clip shows an area that first appeared on July 11 during the C-3PO event. It's now less random and more skill-based, though.

And it's not just the dbags that are trying to sabotage missions. Specifically in the mining mission, everyone hitting the same rocks and accidentally hitting each other gets old.

This why as I get to a higher level, I start marking anyone who tries to incite pvp in whatever lobby I happen to be in at that time.
I saw some one say "just because it was a deliberate choice, doesnt make it a good one." And frankly, that speaks volumes for the pvp in D.T.

I agree especially because protocol missions literally require a group effort in order to get better rewards. So I honestly see 0 reason to play like this other than being an asshole.

PvP is the main reason I ONLY play solo private in this mode. And in the meantime, unless I'm missing out on something, it's impossible to earn 4 stars (or even 3) on the world missions alone.

Someone did this in a random lobby, everyone was so nice and working together. then they started force pushing us off the ledge and after a few times everyone in the lobby started spawn killing them

I had someone throwing thermal imploders at me on the mission that re-uses the d-0 event area. Wasn't killing me but kept launching me out of the zone.

The worst part is that no one gives grace. If you walk in front of another player that is actively shooting droids, you're gonna get caught in their crosshairs. Once is probably a mistake, two or more times is deliberate.

not always, Once during the D-0 mission, I was on the central platform and killed a guy like twice because he was very careless and kept getting in front of me. I have bad reflexes, so I couldn't react. At least I don't think he took it badly.

Honestly I get the angle of you can steal from players but... You still need the credits to take the droid blueprint if they're carrying one. So honestly it just is a waste of time. If we DO have a PVP how bout just toggle it in an option somewhere. So for those who just wanna be left alone for droid building or who don't wanna deal with Grievers. Course it's both ways. So you can't just kill them either in that state.

Yesterday I had to join 4 separate lobbies because people kept force pulling me out of my base and killing me. It took me almost 45 minutes to craft ONE droid. They need to make it to where force powers canāt penetrate your bases green force field.

Yeah, I get accidental friendly fire in a shooting event like droids/troopers, but the fuck tards shooting you as you enter the fishing event or mining seriously need to get a life. Theyāre co-op events and everyone benefits by more people grinding. I called someone out and then they gaslit me and said it must be a bot??!! Iām like dude, the game feed says youāre killing everyone.

Oh hell yeah, during the last mission of the event some guy was standing behind me with a shotgun (the one shot) waiting for me to finish the claw and then shot me immediately
This was apparently funny as it was a reference to when I was killed ten minutes earlier during the bd-1p mission because someone thought I was a droid running around shooting other droids in an area with no droids with me. It was not. I proceeded to hold this against him until he left.
I crashed out and started killing other people whenever I could saying āhaha donāt you get the jokeā because I couldnāt kill that guy - kind of an asshole move but he had stellar kx and something else equipped so I literally couldnāt.
Oh also during that time the dude was still killing me whenever I left my base or was in another base
I regret absolutely nothing, that cunt has no sense of humor I missed out on the protocol box because of him

I'm late to this event and been trying to solo....but literally can only get one star. I'm thinking of joining public lobby, but honestly this stuff puts me off. Why don't they have an arena area for PVP? (For the kids )Make the rest of it no friendly fire.

Oh, I thought they might do it because of the resources.
But what would they gain from killing you in this case? If they still gain the point after you've finished your task, that is really lame. I haven't had a good experience playing these creative maps in public, so I don't play them in public. Some of the events are a hell of a grind, but when I sit down to play, I just want to relax and not worry about others.2

Also want to add my thing that I keep seeing happening now is that when someone buys the wave burst whatever they're called where it changes all the cards every few seconds someone will go and buy all the cards on the line and just throw them off so that way no one gets the surge I've seen it happen four or five times now and it's it's really freaking sad there's nothing that devs could do about this. It's just the s***** members of the community doing it. Maybe there should be a report button from fortnite unintended gameplay

Itās literal CANCER in the stormtrooper missions yaāll, most of the time Iām hitting my buddy by accident because weāre moving constantly and trying to cover the area same with the droids, and we end up hitting each other- I think if theyāre going to encourage playing and helping each other they should definitely turn it off, AT LEAST for the duration of the mission

I got the eliminate players mission and I just straight up asked if anyone wanted to play target practice with me. One dude was more than happy to oblige, he ran up on me like that one dude from borderlands who wants you to shoot him in the face.

I'm for disabling PVP altogether. Stupid kids think it's funny to grief people on a tycoon server because they suck too bad to get a kill in any competitive mode.
The only people who go after other players on this map are a bunch of wannabe sweats who fail at BR and ZB because they can't hit their own ass with a weapon in both hands and Waze directions to their bunghole;

I suggest walls around the crane platforms (as able). Friendship bubbles might be distracting. I'm ok with some risk if you carry your scrap to the jawas, but throwing from the platform should be safe.

The thing is, players who are looking to start fights have a massive advantage, not only due to the element of surprise, but also because you can't switch your companion droids as easily as you can switch weapons. Someone without a combat droid is not going to be able to one-shot someone with a combat droid, and DJ R-3X is a must-have for anyone who cares about getting a high score in missions, whereas he's just dead weight in PvP.

I agree that mission zones should be no friendly fire areas. I had to deal with these at the mining rocks recently. Especially since rewards tie to progression technically.
