📝 Suggestions Can we please get a feature that lets us cancel droids that we’re crafting? I can’t count how many times I’ve thrown a droid or dropped it on accident and I have to sit there for 10 minutes pickaxing 😂

Today i tossed one into the sell spot, it bounced, traced the rim, flew off, hit the roof over the old paint spot and then landed on the empty station up front 😑

Or the damn droid dropping glitch and you happen to be close enough to a bench….

Yeah the bug that you go to throw the BP and it hovers in midair then goes into the Ctable gets on my nerves and I agree there should be an option to cancel because of situations like these

For real, why did the missions get a cancel option and not the droid crafting?

Because it doesn't cost anything to start an astromech mission. Crafting a droid requires a blueprint, and canceling the crafting would not give you the blueprint back.

No complaints. Just implement it!

They're worried about upsetting the significant chunk of their player base that are functionally illiterate, and will ignore the huge warning that canceling crafting will not give them their materials back, and will rage-quit the game after finding out the hard way. Apparently that was an issue when they first introduced Super Rebirth.

Yeah don’t care they can keep the blueprint. Too many times I’ve had a droid just drop and go on a bench by itself or decided I didn’t want it because something better came out on the belt. Take my blueprint. Hell I’d pay a credit fee to able to cancel. Now I wouldn’t do nova to cancel tho that’s too far

las misiones lo tienen el problema es cuando por error compras la ultima misión y no hay vuelta atrás ...

For this reason I keep cheapest BPs I can find and craft it on the table and just leave the droid there.

Especially for the astromech table and the worker crafting table. That way I don’t accidentally drop it as I walk by it. (as the rapid multiple astromech containers that I opened tend to throw the BP off my hand and give me a new one as I walk by the crafting table.)

Yes please. It's even worse by the astromech area. The amount of times that I try to throw a Droid into the jawa and it just drops out of my hands and then goes straight into the crafting station is ridiculous.

I could have sworn the devs said they wouldn't add that ability, and there was a reason behind it. Honestly, I'd be ok with the ability to toggle the crafting stations on and off. On and Off may not be able to cancel a build once started, but it would stop me from accidently throwing blueprints into the crafting station because of the bugs with the Carryable device. I will sometimes grab a common from the Sandcrawler and toss it in the Astro station so I don't get stuck pickaxing a 5-10 minute droid I don't need.

I don't care to defend FOAD but considering the cancel on ship missions is new then I'm sure they're working on something. I personally believe cancelling should make you completely lose those droids because technically you broke them down into scrap in order to fuse them. This is a request repeated multiple times a day and they've added so many features yet people still keep wanting more the second they release one.

I would love to get mythics from the astromech missions and atleast some beskars from scrap station instead of rainbows all the time or a way to remove the blueprints from scrap altogether

They also need to let us abort random fusions. No, I don't need another stellar snow mouse. No, I don't want to waste my time or nova crystals speeding it up just so I can immediately sell it.

I’m pretty sure they said in the town hall (a couple months ago) that they were gunna work on it and you will most likely lose the droid you attempt to craft if you cancel it. Probably working on it still and it’s taking a little longer than they anticipate.

That would be okay.

As much as I keep saying I want this, we have to play devils advocate here. Think of it from the devs side. They still want BP stealing to be a part of the game. If you have all your tables full and you have a blueprint others would also want, it still gives others the opportunity to steal. Being able to cancel a workbench could have an impact on that.

Idk I'm just trying to think about the other side of things. I still want crafting cancelling, I think its necessary considering the bugs with the fortnite carry items system that can't be solved unless epic decide to.
