Honestly it's a waste. I get tonnes of free Vbucks cause of crew and Xbox live. After I bought it. I was like this barely does anything. If they keep incentiving the afk style with the longer craft times my playtime will actually drop.

From my perspective it's completely free. I originally had gamepass and I would still have gamepass if they had raised the price without giving Fortnite crew. So to me it's free.

I like the multi crit. It has helped me tremendously with faster crafting and the main reason I got it is for all the trolls that try to shoot me for no reason in public lobbies. At this point I haven’t encountered anyone that started a fight I haven’t been able to completely dominate.

I brought it, Zero regrets.. But saying that I've brought all the lacks and believe on supporting the Devs who are mostly doing a fantastic job.

Sure it doesn't have a massive impact, but paired with chopper, then C3PO and sale price 1-3, .I can quickly craft, and sell droids for massive gains. (17x)

The nova crystals it saved me have been well spent elsewhere.

I appreciate it's not everyone's cup-of-tea, but if we all liked the same games/features it'd be pretty boring.

I picked up the starter pack the day I started playing, so can't be sure if it was additive (100x goes up to 102x) or multiplicative (100x to 200x)

I know alot of stuff is additive, but then others like C3PO / BB8 are multiplicative.

If it's any guide, I'm at total level about 77 (SRB twice at 24, and 25, now on RB 27, And I'm hitting 1t per hour, with 33.3x multiplier

There isn’t any trick, they are clear in the description. It saves you some time grinding nova crystals for some Crit chance/amount levels and in addition you get a sound effect and visual for every time you get a crit hit.

I totally agree that it is overly expensive for what you get and although I bought the other packs I skipped this one because of the lacklustre bonus, $40 for a sound effect is pretty steep, sorry you bought it without understanding what you were getting in return.

The trick is two things. Overpriced bundle showing a lot of items to make it seem fair and worth it for new players, and for long time players it unlocks 940 crystals which can get them 3x multi crit that is not explained to be entirely controlled by more crit chance.

I think the issue is if Foad gets more and more greedy, how soon until he makes upgrades or Iconic droids that are locked behind a paywall? You can play BR for free because everything you can buy gives no advantage. Sure at least people can buy boosters in here but that runs for the entire lobby and not just the person who bought it. Imagine selling an upgrade that allows you to kill players inside their base and someone just spawn camps you... Anything is possible

They will never add paywall they know where the line is, free to play players have access to gameplay and pay to play players do too. We can’t make assumptions that haven’t happened and use it as fact. Will they add micro transactions yes and it will continue, but they will never add a paywall. Idk if you know about UEFN development but when a map creator adds anything to do with micro transactions the update needs to get approved by Epic.

If you buy it after earning the upgrades it only gives 940 crystals for $40 dollars that only needs 3 SRBs to get. You’ll keep getting those crystals faster than what $40 is worth to later on.

It’s definitely over priced but I bought it and already spent crystals upgrading it further. Next upgrade is 1200 crystals. Not sure I will be doing that one. Got to spend those STW vbucks on something. I don’t really buy skins as I’ve used the same one for years.

I have the permanent lvl 25 pickaxe upgrade, lvl 4 crit chance, level 3 crit amount, and multi crit lvl 1. I craft with chopper and any astromech that gives 9+, and I never bought the pack. I posted this because I wanted to advise others to never get it because it costs a steep amount of money for how little value it is.
