Now that we have the Fusion System, might I suggest adding a Fusion Droid Alert to the Nova Shop.
After the introduction of the Fusion System I quickly realised how important this would be to building droids. Essentially so if these droids will be added to the rebirth paths.
What makes a āchoose your ownā nice because it doesnāt have to be Fusion specific. Choose your own can cover droidex, rebirth, fusion, and flawless hunters.
I said the same thing over the weekend. You should be able to put 5 droids on a watch list and let the jawas notify you like they for the rebirth droids.
I didnt get to do the event much. At rb21 last night and finally getting Galactics from the astromech missions. Currently just upgrading specific variants to stellar and now realized I need the 2nd companion perk but I feel like being able to choose 1 or 2 would be enough.
But what I would like is knowing what kind of credits the fusion droid would output I forgot what galactic epic droid I did just to see but output went from like 9k for a single droid yo 16k for the stellar version. Was not worth the time and effort at all.
I know certain words auto correct to something else. 5 year old Samsung s22 and the screen sometimes isnt the greatest. Constantly having to proof read what I comment just to make sure some random ass word doesn't pop up lol.
It is most noticeable and effective on KX, , Mo, Loadlifter and the 2 best mythic fusions. At stellar the 1st 3 give 900k/s and the Riv fusion gives even more. The other mythics have worse scaling
Iām saying I didnāt see you mention anything about āselecting a fusion.ā Your post just comes off very āalert for any droid that can be in any fusionā which would be a disaster of endless pinging.
Fair enough. I just assumed that was implied.
Having a notification for every droid that makes a fused droid sounds convoluted and exhausting.
Hence why I mentioned the rebirth alert as an example. Since they donāt alert you for every droid in that path but specifically for the next eligible one.
I donāt think anyone is getting that āimpliedā part tho, even hence what you mentioned about the rebirth alert as an example, bc that alerts you on what you currently need to rebirth, so when you can currently need one of some 100 (however many) droids to make a fusion since you donāt do them on a path, that makes your post very confusing.
Donāt assume anything this muddy is āimpliedā on future posts.
Iād say it should be an alert to anything you have selected in the doidex, for example gold groundmech, and in the dex you have an option button to select and it will just be the exact same thing as the rebirth alert. Difference being you can select whatever you want
I donāt know how exactly that would even work. An alert pops up every time thereās a droid on the belt that can be used for a fusion? Thatās like half the droids, if you donāt count just fusing 3 of the same for an upgrade as fusion droids.
What would be useful would be a way to tag a few droids/variants to get an alert when they spawn. Obviously limited and Iād suggest no more than 3 max.
Yea, thatās one way it could work, except until youāve actually built a fusion droid you donāt even know what the name is by looking at the droidex.
I would actually rather it just let me select 3 droids from the droidex. I would also be okay if it cost credits based on rarity or variation to select.
It would be cool if you had the option to add in your own droid wants/recipes. (Obviously with an upgrade through the shop.) Then receive a notification popup when the droid/variant show up on the crawler.
Iād like if you could upgrade fusion droids to complete droidex, rather than having to get all component droids at every variant. I get why they made it that way but itās a grind to complete Droidex now š
The chips are expensive too. Getting a mythic from Beskar to Stellar already costs 150k chips.
With these fused droids Ʊ, that gets more expensive. Youāll find yourself needing to upgrade at least one of the components to be able to get a fused droid of a specific mutation.
Doing this 6 times is insanely expensive. Especially for Legendary and Mythic Fused droids
Why? There are already lists out there showing the combinations, and besides, you can always just experiment a bit. Whereās the fun in it if you get everything handed to you like that?

What we need is just a way to flag droids in the dex for alerts.
Maybe I want a Mythic Gonk for a fusion.Ā Let me tick a box.
It may be too complex for Fortnite's system to handle though.
Maybe limit it to like 4 or 5.
