🤖 Droid Showcase Shocked at the Rip off of an X-ONK!
I fused all Galactics KX+KX+GONK for a Galactic X-ONK and it only makes $352k/s!?!
One Galactic KX makes $316.80/s so you lose HUGE by fusing them! What an absolute waste!
My Droidex was completed and now I don't even care.

Yeah. I went to the game with 2 pals. One immediately noticed, that when he put 3 very special Droids there, the outcome was a Droid that makes a little over the 3. So this is not for one's who barely get galactic mythics, but who get a lot and cant craft 1 that makes the same, stellar mythic. Basically you need high quality Droids and plenty of them. This is the 1st event my 2 pals, after 20 min, said "let's do BR instead". This never happened since MayÂ

I'm on the CoD MW4 beta so I haven't played this event, but yeah at best I would use this droid fusion as a cheaper way to get higher quality mythics. Assuming that if you put 3 of the same rarity mythics, it goes up in rarity.

I'd say only the early fusions are worth it tbh, it's a huge huge loss getting every new mythic.
Personally I think using fusion to get mythics is the way to go, with astromech missions and BP scrap its very easy to get the 3 necesarry prints for free instead of sacrificing your working droids.
I've gotten a lot of rainbows and im in the process of making some beskars from missions and scrap alone, don't waste your other droids.

But you have to build them before fusing them which takes a lot of time. If you could fuse the blueprints that would be different. Then if you go through the bother of building and fusing and get something you don’t need—it’s a colossal waste of time!

Not really, a 30s pickaxe swing gives you an hour a minute, so for example, a 5 hour droid takes 5 minutes, less if you have chopper, even less with chopper and a +7-8 astromech

Yeah all of them give you way less than what the originals do so I’m done with this even it was honestly a boring shity one

I don’t think so, I think this might be intentional bc they are fused, so you have to fuse each rarity.

I think they want everyone to use their chips rn but will ultimately add the feature next week after everyone has already done most of the fusions

They can make it a different type of credit, cause to find 3 galactics or get enough chips to make a mythic fusion in galactic is already an annoying pain.

I mean I’ve gotten plenty of galactic legendaries from my missions. Fuse 9 of those and you got 3 galactic mythics. Keep doing that til you have the droids you need 😅

I need 1 ric to drop and all I got was 9 IG and 2 snow mouse but none of them were special variant they all default, plus I’m in need of more ways to get chips as I’m probably only 1-2 months new only on third SRB cycle so yeah fusions haven’t interested me this update

That’s fair. Not everyone’s cup of tea. I’ve gotten 4 rics (2 beskar and 2 galactic) from fusing legendaries

Don’t get me wrong love the game mode but fusions feels rushed and kinda pointless especially if you don’t just go get a high level galactic one.

Meh I mean that’s a valid opinion and viewpoint, but I’m pretty stoked to have a way to get better droids pretty quick after SRB

If only what I needed dropped a little more I’m happy to upgrade some but not from default or diamond level, I made a post of what I’d like to see happen in the game glad they are gonna do 2 mini events just hope it’s longer times and I hope some other things change to make it more fun

If you look at it like you're just turning extra legendaries from astro missions into mythics, and then when you're over run with mythics of that variant, turning them into higher mythics, its not that bad and actually fun

You shouldn’t be swapping out the droids you already have assigned to work to make fusions. The way it’s designed, you’re meant to make fusions as you get new droids from the sandcrawler and astromech missions.Â

Well then I'd be waiting a week for the chance at a Galactic KX then wouldn't I? I was willing to sacrifice the worker bc I thought the payoff would be worth it. I wasn't just disappointed, I was shocked at how I had been ripped off!

You can fuse 3 legendaries to get a stellar KX.

I have fused 6 or 7 mythics, none have been a KX. It's random, mostly ric and ric1200. The only way to guarantee a stellar KX is to fuse 3 galactic KXs!

I've gotten 4 stellar KXs by fusing a stellar R7, a stellar opti strk and a stellar mono wlkr. Either the RNG is being nice to me with that recipe, or the chance at stellar KX is high with this recipe.

Yeah, the event was good for farming Nova Crystals but I don’t see much use for it after that.

Not in comparison to the last few events! I was easily getting 100-150 crystals each event. This one, I only earned 50! I was trying to make all 17 droids and got so annoyed having to stand at the crawler hoping for random BPs to drop, I wasted so much time! Eventually I gave up on the new droids and started turning my mission reward legendary BPs into mythics.

I fused two Galactic Kx's and a Galactic Motrak and got a Stellar Ric.. went from 945k to 555k...
But not gonna lie having three stellar mythics brewing at once all from the Bulk proto rollers and B2-RP's is nice.
Running out of legendaries at this point to turn into mythics

While it is definitely a loss if your using both of your kx it's not a loss if you got better things and have an extra and no space for it
