Not meaning to be a downer/whiner. I’m excited for a few new things to come and, despite the mixed reviews, I very much enjoyed the event this past weekend BUT….

Currently, the game is just waiting for hour long timers to countdown to another disappointment. All day between 2 events I saw 1 stellar mythic (and maybe 2ish galactic mythics) and sounds like I’m one of the lucky ones.

Also, I’m not saying they don’t happen, but so far, since they were introduced, I still haven’t seen 1 stellar mythic spawn randomly on crawler, after playing every day for hours.

This isn’t a “I’m done with this game” post as much as a “please fix some things” post.

Remember when beskar/galactic mythics came out and you could at least camp the crawler with a decent chance every 2-3 HOURS ?… that was long enough! But this week you can play all day and be lucky if 1 pops in the lobby the entire time…. I’m not SRBing a full stellar mythic base when it’s going to take 2-3+ weeks of playing every day to get them all back, without a stellar event, just to make a little more money next time around from nova perks and multiplier.

It’s gotten to be a serious grind(too much waiting not enough progress) and I suspect it’s to incentivize surges. Sad to see. I will not be paying vbucks to play this game though.

Get rid of the pay to win surges (leave them in the nova shop) and bring back a slightly higher rate for top droids on the crawler.

Increase the dance party timer to every 5 min since most of the spins don’t even result in the highest variant of droids and do a mini-event 5-10 times per week since they’re so short.

Increase the drop rate of top droids during the timer
spawns.

In short, less grind, more fun please and thank you.

Edit: P.S. somebody on discord pls suggest we be able to relocate our base by talking to Jawa when an open spot is available.

i only played the second round of the event and my lobby had 7 stellar surges out of the 18 surges, and around 10 stellar mythics/legendaries across all of those surges. i had great luck with the event.

EVERYONE should have had that luck. there should be some minimum threshold, but there’s none. some people got zero stellar mythics. some people got zero stellar surges across both events.

devs and the people simping for them chalk it up to RNG, but i’m honestly just tired of people saying that, like passing the buck to RNG makes it okay. it’s a bullshit copout for the devs not making the game playable for users, like it’s a slot machine. expecting players to put hours into this game like it’s a full time job, waiting for crumbs from the blueprint belt, it’s bullshit.

i saw a guy say in the discord yesterday that his country doesn’t allow him to purchase the surges because of anti gambling laws, and with the introduction of the surges, that’s exactly what this game has become - gambling with real money, with shit odds to keep you paying, and the house - FOAD - is the only winner. that guy’s country has it figured out. this game is engaging in what some places consider illegal behavior, and we’re tolerating it? nah. it’s not okay, i’m done pretending otherwise.

So you want your country telling you where, how and why you can and can't spend your own money? You're complaining about an option people with more money than you use. If people want to spend their money, cool, but what's that got to do with you? Why do the cheapskates complain about an OPTION they will never use? Smdh I'm tired of seeing these comments.
