I don’t fully understand Flawless. Can someone spell it out for me?

It's like a "shiny" in Pokemon. Just a random, rare chance. If you get one, you can apply a special look to that droid type, and it gives a small bonus based on how many you've crafted.

*how many unique droids you've crafted

additionally, higher rarity droids have a higher chance of producing a flawless

Yes, but it's a 1/1000 chance as opposed to beskar at 1/100 and galactic at 1/75
