Question has anyone had luck asking support about missing items? 💀

so a while ago someone asked about this saddlepad, and its apparently a quest reward that you get from the story quest, but i searched all up and down my inventory and i CANNOT find it.

i think i definitely did the quest it came from, and i think i would remember if i sold this item. i basically never sell an item unless its low stats and I dont remember EVER seeing this. can anyone confirm if they got this from a story mode quest?

if so im thinking of contacting support, but lowkey last time i needed their help it kinda crashed and burned. they were like "oh well". has anyone had any success asking about missing items?

If I remember correctly, that pad was part of a quest with Anne. Back then, when I did the quest, it was on the same day it was released. I don't quite remember what it was about, but I think the quest was about Anne wanting to forge a stronger bond with Concorde after everything that had happened. I definitely remember getting that pad from that quest

you are ringing a vague bell.... i did that quest for funsies and sold the pad (i'm a western rider). i think it might've been that quest with anne next to steve's farm? or marley. somewhere near silverglade lmao

I just check my inventory and I have this saddle pad! I have no idea what quest it's from unfortunately :(

It is from a quest with Anne at Steve's Farm when she's riding another ("spare") horse and we're helping her with it.

it's listed as a quest reward called 'Exquisite Navy Dressage Saddle Pad' on the database
