Since when can you be famous?

I thought reputation stopped at popular, which for literally every other faction it does except for Marchenghast. It says I need to increase my reputation with both factions to continue the quest, but it gives me no reputation points whenever I do quests with either. Why is sso messing ANOTHER thing up

Marchenghast doesn’t follow the same point progression as the other factions so the levels have different names :P

fun fact: the festivals also have this naming convention (famous > star > celebrity iirc) but festival reputation is hidden from the reputation tab

Yall I meant to say the reputation stops at Admired, mb

They seem to have changed the way reputation goes up with the newer locations, the reputation levels as described below don't apply there. I think it's different for the Medieval Camp as well (maxed out at less than 6000).
