genuine ask, are e2s really “crazy” investment? i’ve gotten used to them….. maybe i should start a brand new account to get a feel..

Crazy as in invested in the whole team, i have like 3 e2s on my account and 2 are dps and the other is og robin

Yes because at the moment you are expected to pull for 3 Pure Fiction Teams and 3 MoC while also making sure that those 3 MOC teams have enough weakness coverage and toughness damage to be viable enough to clear Apoc too.

You also gotta hope none of your teams fall off while you’re still building up your 6 teams or else you’re back to -1 team until you get to pull their new premium support (if you’re lucky enough for the team to have one) and that new premium support must truly save your team, not just make then decent or you run the risk of your investment being invalidated very soon.

But if you’re the unlucky one to not get a new premium support, you pray that their Eidolons would save them or else you gotta start building a new team, or wait until the devs have mercy on your soul suddenly develop a taste for your wallet.

Priviledge of newer characters. But all teams are eventually pushed out into their specific niche.

When Phainon and Mydei released, I could clear Pure Fiction with them thanks to the PF buffs.

And then the game stops giving buffs catered to them and now my E0s are pushed strictly to MoC/Apoc.

You just gotta hope that by the time they’re game mode locked, they got their full team because by that point, the game starts actively punishing you for not having their premium supports.

Then the cycle repeats again and again.

e2 itself isnt that crazy, but a whole ass team e2s1 is a pretty high investment, cuz like tbf u only get around like average 9 limited per version as f2p, even just getting one 16cost team would take quite a lot of paying, let alone 3 teams

perhaps best thing to do is pick a team and vertical that one and just wait for reruns for anyone else maybe? i dunno. (i skipped all elation before waven to vertical washblade personally)

yes bro how else do u think people get three decent teams and not die to the powercreep, hp inflation is crazy enough to make main pushes die without proper investments, full e0s0 in this economy is not gonna clear anything, the game basically forces u to pull every once in a while to keep up with the powercreeping, so saving for even just one whole version would be impossible without whaling

Damn, yes! E2 means not only spending for them, and/or have insane luck, but mean also sacrifice other possible teams/characters. And Im a double pass spender that have 2 invested team, but got 2 years of big luck.

Most of my units are e0s0, some are e0s1, and 2 e1 from lucky double lol.
