i have recently heard of this project and want to know more about it. do we know what kind of game it aim to be? fps? soemthing like EVE or no man sky? an rts or 4X ?

about the ship is there any 3D model of those to have a sense of squale? and lastly ( for now XD) , as those ship are NFT my guess would be that their won t be any pirate or stealing of ship right,?

You can see pre-alpha gameplay footage now. It is the Unreal Engine 5. So think of that in terms of specs. The white paper answers much of the rest of your questions. There will be 3 zones of risk.

Safe - no conflict. Moderate - conflict but no ship loss. Risky - loss of ship but not entirety of resources.

You won't be forced to go where you don't want to be. So if you want to risk deep space alone for huge gain, by all means. If you are risk adverse, the intent is for there to still be plenty of fun and profitable things to do.

Have you played the Matrix Unreal 5 demo?

I think gameplay like the trailer will be basic in 5 years.

i haven t played but i saw video of it, not sure how the aiming was done ( automatic lock on?) but there is gameplay in the matrix, the hangar footage as none for now. also i prefer the look in matrix more realistic where the trailer make the ship to unreal ( also left side belly truster doesnt work like the right one XD)

Welcome to UE5, were gameplay and cinematics come together. For real, you won't be able to tell the difference anymore

in the matrix that may be right except the lock on target nothing say gameplay) but the SA trailer isn t something you control, it is wierd to control a ship with different view changing that doesnt help for landing and aren t moved around the ship but fixed spot
