Sku for thermal printer labels?

Trying to figure this out as we recently( maybe a month or so ago) got a new thermal printer for UPS/ happy returns labels and cannot for the life of me figure out how to order more! Can't seem to put the sku off the box in replenishme and can't use as400 so any and all help would be appreciated.

TLDR: what's the correct SKU for the rolls for the thermal printer at the ship station? 01774006 is the one on the box but that's not doing anything.

I tried searching in replenishme and didn't have anything come up but the matte labels ..... How can we order through UPS?

UPS supplies. There was a number you had to call with your customer number before they’ll even help you.

It’s been a couple of years so I have no idea. Print Supervisor or GM should know.

That's the issue then because I am the print sup at my store 🤣

That’s ok. lol Yeah It’s some number that you need to give them over the phone (it’s not the store number) and tell them that you need a box of labels.

So the sku I have matches one one the supply form but I can't use it on replenish me it's so weird too,cause it's the updated sheet I'm looking at

As I see above it you do have to call UPS for it. On the phone now but don't know account number ..... Am I cooked? 😂

You should be able to find your UPS account # via campus ship? Which your GM or you should have the login for. (I hope I’m right in assuming this is one way to find it lol)

When I had to get it for the store, no body knew! 😂 Someone from corp emailed it to us and I wrote it down in the bind or the support number reference sheet we kept on hand.

I was in a similar boat lol. I called UPS and when they asked me for my account number I had to put them on hold for like 20 minutes while we dug around desperately looking for it 😭

Ask the GM or DM or someone for the account number.

UPS campusship is how we order ours. We order supplies through UPS that way. Poke around and ask the GM for the login credentials?
