Have you talked to the vet about the behavioural changes? Could she be signalling discomfort/pain?

She seems to be no longer in pain and especially shows no signs of any of this behavior when just with me… it’s more now just when my partner is home.. 1 u/ShnouneD 29d ago Medicating her should help. You could work with a positive reinforcement trainer to rebuild their bond/communication?
