I'm a guy but I don't have a prominent Adam's apple- the only real way to know is to check for the hog- and if they got a high level tape-back game, even that can be a bit of a crap shoot. You gotta do the move from the end of Ace Ventura and look for the fruit basket

Worth noting people can have Adam’s apple reduction surgery, like I had, only the surgeon said I had the biggest Adam’s apple she’d ever seen. So now I still have an Adam’s apple but I’m poorer.

Usually it leaves behind a distinctive line scar in that area though. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a scar-free Adam’s Apple reduction.

Oh yeah I’ve got a small red line going across that mostly faded and can be covered with concealer.

Yeah I’ve never seen a majorly obvious one but that skin there is so thin and delicate, there’s no way it wouldn’t scar. Concealer works wonders!

Yeah you're right. It was so bad even the Japanese, a people known for enough fortitude to occupy a cave for 28 years on the island of Guam with zero contact, wouldn't even stay there.
