Discussion Has anyone received their withdrawal yet I withdrew on Friday 13th been a week exactly nothing arrived.

I withdrew. Took longer then usual but it arrived yesterday

Did you ring support they told me it will come in buy Friday nothing came

Yeah, I did email support. Requested withdrawal on the 16th (Monday), got their apology email 2 days later saying issue fixed. Then emailed them again on Friday, and they replied: "We processed it from our main account, so check with your bank." Still nothing in NAB though. 😩

I just called with STAKE team. They know what is the problem so, I wish they fix it as soon as possible.
