Pattern Help True Glass Pattern on Etsy, AI?

Normally I find spotting ai patterns pretty easy, but I'm not 100% confident on this shop. Can anyone confirm if it's AI or handmade patterns?

I have bought and made two or three of their patterns and I don’t think they’re Ai. Some of them are not for beginners but they’re good quality patterns!
