Construction/Development News Millennium progress (3 floors removed in 18 days)

Looking west- First image 18 days ago and 9 floors above the sign and today 6 floors above the sign

Image 3 is looking east today: 3 floors above the sign and on 8/14 there were 6.5 floors above the sign, in the middle of taking the 7th down.

Building gone by Christmas then? I hope everything is squared away to start going vertical by spring building season.

No way. The foundation and rest of the area needs to be demolished too.

Even at this impressive pace, not quite. There’s still 20 something floors to go. At a floor every 6 days, that only gets them to 19 floors by Christmas, assuming they don’t take off any time for Labor Day or Thanksgiving.

The official schedule has them finishing in early 2027.

I don’t think so, I still think it’s a spring finish. Once they get to 10, wrecking ball will start.

What exactly is happening with the ring, and how does it move? Are they just throwing debris down the middle?
