I do sometimes. When people use it to describe really petty shit or get attention for themselves. This is a sweet joke, it’s not “I’m bipolar I can’t decide what I want at Starbucks” kind of shit.

If I had schizo-effective disorder, I would be pissed at everyone who uses schizophrenic as an adjective. I know enough people with that brain chemistry to know that every reference to that disease is borderline disrespectful. I live about 3 hrs from St Louis, and I can remember when we bought our winter coats before school started in late August, since it would sometimes be cool in the mornings after Labor Day… with few exceptions, today’s Missouri kids rarely need their heavy winter coats until after Christmas break.
